Icelandic born silversmith and jeweller, Anna Maria Pitt, holds a BA Honours degree from New Bucks University, UK. In her work, Anna Maria draws on inspirations from elements of nature, creating wearable or stand alone silver and gold jewellery by applying cold connection techniques alongside with hot. She works independently from her workshop in Iceland and focuses on creating sculptural jewellery to celebrate the historical craft of handmade objects.
