FOR.AL SCRAL
Since 1972 FOR.AL has been committed to the preparation of future goldsmiths, teaching a traditional craftsmanship and the techniques of serial reproduction to those who intend to enter the goldsmith sector. It also specializes young people, who already have qualifications or diplomas, in modeling and design.
Course scheduling includes:
– face-to-face and distance classes
– practical laboratory lessons with individual exercises aimed at working, assembling, traditional and microscope setting, and finishing of goldsmithing objects;
– methodological innovation, which means the possibility of access by the students to environments equipped with the latest technologies with supporting tutors who assist the students in their creative journey;
– case studies, problem analysis, solution research and elaboration of outcomes with the aim of developing learners’ diagnostic skills and enabling them to actively concretize the knowledge learned at the theoretical and practical levels.
The Courses
Courses range from design to cad, from goldsmithing techniques to cutting and gem setting and micro-setting, from gemological analysis to the use of laser technologies. The team of trainers, largely from the corporate world, is highly qualified.
