Final Selection of the Jewellery
If you have not yet selected the pieces you wish to exhibit, complete the Final Application.

Book Information and Images
Once your selection has been confirmed, submit your biography, contact details, jewellery descriptions and images.

Shipment for the Photo Shooting Service
Only for participants who have purchased the photo shooting service. Instructions will be sent directly to those concerned.

Collection of Promotional Material
Our communication team will contact you to request photographs and content to be used across our digital and press channels.

Book Page Approval
At the beginning of September, you will receive a preview of the pages dedicated to your project for final approval.

Shipment of the Jewellery for the Exhibition
The selected jewellery and any promotional printed materials must arrive by 30 September. For all information regarding the shipment of your jewellery (shipping address, delivery methods, insurance and deadlines), please refer to the “Logistics” section of this page.

The Official Book

An editorial publication dedicated to the selected artists, distributed to visitors, buyers, galleries, press and industry professionals.

Complimentary Copy

Each participant is entitled to one complimentary copy of the book, which can be collected at Palazzo Bovara during the event.

Exhibition

Exhibition Setup

The Prodes Italia team will take care of the entire exhibition setup. The artist’s physical presence is not mandatory, although we will be delighted to meet you if you have the opportunity to attend.

Display Cases

Exhibition spaces specifically designed for the presentation of the selected jewellery.

Display Supports

Ring holders, earring holders, necklace busts and other display elements. All display supports are provided by Milano Jewelry Week.

Labels

Information cards including details about the works and their authors, are designed and provided directly by the Milano Jewelry Week organization.

LOGISTICS

Shipment and Collection of the Jewellery

The jewellery must arrive between 1 and 30 September 2026. To reduce the risk of delays, we recommend shipping by 21 September.

You may purchase the insured shipping service through our partner specialized in the transportation of valuable goods.

Prodes Italia will manage the logistics, shipping procedures and customs formalities.

How the Insurance Is Calculated
The insurance is calculated based on the actual value of the contents of the parcel, namely the total cost of the raw materials used to create the jewellery.

Once the quotation has been approved, an invoice will be issued. The service will be activated only after payment has been received.

Afterwards, you will be asked to indicate your preferred collection date and provide the documentation to be attached to the parcel.

You may personally deliver the jewellery to our partner’s premises. The address, date and time of delivery must be agreed in advance with Allegra Prati.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The premises are located outside Milan city centre and are mainly accessible by car;
Please check your route in advance;
If you are transporting jewellery from a non-EU country, make sure you are informed about the customs regulations of both the country of departure and Italy;
You may be required to declare the goods directly at the airport.
Valuables Collection Service
You may request a valuables collection service at the airport or at your hotel, with direct transfer of the jewellery to the vault.

To request this service, please send us the date, time, and your arrival airport or hotel.

You may arrange the shipment independently using the courier of your choice. We strongly recommend not using the postal service, as it does not guarantee the same standards of tracking and security.

Before Shipping
All the required documentation is your responsibility.

Before shipping the parcel, you must send us all the documentation for verification.

Do not ship the parcel until you have received our confirmation that the documentation is correct.

Shipments from Non-EU Countries
Customs duties and import taxes may apply when clearing the parcel through Italian customs.

If the actual value of the jewellery exceeds €1,500, we recommend considering the Temporary Import procedure well in advance.

Temporary Import
The procedure requires several weeks and specific documentation, including:

Detailed list of the parcel contents;
Invoice;
Air waybill / Shipping waybill;
Photographs of the parcel contents;
Any additional documentation that may be requested by the competent customs office.
Temporary Import allows goods to enter Italy without the payment of customs duties and VAT, provided that the imported goods exactly match those that will subsequently be re-exported.

If, at the end of the event, one or more items are not re-exported (for example, because they have been sold or remain in Italy), this must be declared to the competent authorities, and the applicable customs duties and VAT must be paid.

To activate the Temporary Import procedure, a security deposit may also be required. This deposit will be refunded once the re-export has been completed correctly and the parcel contents have been verified.

1. Collection During the Event
You may personally collect your jewellery on 26 October from 6:00 PM onwards, directly at the event venue.

If you are planning to leave on 26 October, please organize your travel taking into account possible waiting times during the collection procedures.

2. Collection from the Prodes Italia Offices
The jewellery may be collected, by appointment, on the following dates:

3 November 2026
Collection must be arranged in advance, as the jewellery must be requested from the vault at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Collection from the Vault
After 3 November, no further collection days will be available at the Prodes Italia offices.

The jewellery will remain stored in the vault of our specialized partner. You may:
collect it personally, subject to prior arrangement and confirmation;
appoint a courier, provided that all shipping documentation has been submitted in advance.

4. Storage Fees
Prodes Italia will cover the storage costs up to and including 21 November.

From 22 November onwards, any storage costs will be charged to the participant at a rate of 0.2% per day of the declared value of the parcel.
