Alex Pinna was born in Imperia and attended painting courses at the Brera Academy in Milan. Since 1993 he has exhibited in successful solo and group exhibitions throughout Italy. Among the latest are the Ti look at you show, I look at myself, set up in the rooms of the Mimmo Rotella Foundation in Catanzaro, The way to get lost, only show at Arte Fiera Bologna and the Italian Summer exhibition, at the MOAH in Lancaster, California, United States. Abroad his works were presented in Shanghai, Tel Aviv, London, New York, Los Angeles, Cologne and Lugano. He is professor in charge of sculpture at the Catanzaro Academy of Fine Arts. Lives and works in Milan.
