Saskia established her business in 1999. She still delights sitting at her workbench, surrounded by her many tools, her hands blackened by working precious metals. Sustainability is fundamental to her work. She believes it is important that jewellers are aware of the origins of the materials used to create jewels. Transparency is essential. Saskia works with ‘green gold’ which comes from traceable, recycled precious metals, but also ethical gold Fairmined & Fairtrade.
