Donatella Zappieri is a multifaceted Jewelry Business Consultant, with more than 25 years of experience in jewelry and luxury goods industry, both in Italy and internationally. Her expertise in different areas from idea into operational implementation is paired with the high ability to manage creativity, design of processes and products while focusing on sales turn-over and ROI achievement, hence keeping a close look to product development and production issues. A rare capacity to mix aesthetics with market needs and a close control to financial parameters, which makes her a 360 degrees consultant for corporations of different sizes. Donatella has held important positions in marketing, design, PR for various companies such as Pomellato. Gianni Carità, Swarovski, where she created from scratch the Jewelry Business Unit and was heading the international jewelry department for 15 years. She loves to share her professional background with young generations through lectures and seminars in different prestigious schools in Geneva and Milan.
