Henrike Altes was born in Lüdenscheid, Germany in 1978. She studied jewellery design at the Maastricht Academy of Fine Arts and Design and graduated in 2017. Since 2018 she has participated in the master’s degree program “Artistic Matters – Contexting Jewellery” at the Maastricht Academy of Fine Arts and Design. Next to her education as a designer, she is holding a diploma in tourism and business management.
