Ilaria De Lorenzi was born on May the 2nd, 1995, in Forlì. She chose an artistic high school, an then moved to Milan, to attend the Fashion Design BA course at NABA Milano. Ilaria graduated with Hons in 2018, with a thesis entitled “I contain multitudes”, which she considers as her first complete work. She works with unconventional materials like plants and insects, bones and teeth. Her research is mainly a way to answer to the question: “What remains of us when we are gone?”.
