Lecture at Galdus on 21 October 2022, 4.30 pm: “The innermost secrets of gems. A journey into the fascinating world of inclusions”. Inclusions in gems have always been considered as a defect. In reality, inclusions tell us the true story of the gem: they tell us where it was formed, when it was formed, how it got to us. The inclusions characterize a gem making it unique and recognizable from all the others. Finally, the inclusions are also beautiful. Lecture at La pelota, Saturday 22 October 2022, 3 pm: “The timeless charm of the natural diamond”. We talk about the most loved and most desired gem, but how much do we really know it? Let’s find out the reason for its charm that continues to enchant and does not seem to diminish.
