Jessica Noelle designs and fabricates artisanal fine jewelry that is passionately inspired by history, nature and her desire to create timeless opulence. She trained as a metalsmith at the Academy of Art University in California, apprenticed under a master jeweler and holds a GIA certification. She handcrafts her collections and works closely with her clientele from around the world from her studio in South Florida.
