Jessica Carroll was born in Rome in 1961 and currently lives in Turin. Daughter and granddaughter of art, she explored the world photographing parks and natural reserves: she drew, made engravings and gouaches. Then, among the Carrara marbles, she began to sculpt, while still connoting her work with a plastic lightness. Among the main solo exhibitions to mention: InGenio Arte Contemporanea, Municipality of Turin, 2012, Byzantine Church of San Michele Arcangelo, Turin curated by Francesco Poli, 2011, Ermanno Tedeschi Gallery, Turin, 2009. She also participated in the “XIII International Sculpture Biennial “, Carrara, 2008,” Racconigi International Biennial of Sculpture “curated by Luciano Caramel, 2010 and” Art Jungle “, Reggia di Venaria, 2013.
