Donatella Zappieri is a multifaceted Jewelry Business Consultant, with more than 25 years of experience in jewelry and luxury goods industry, both in Italy and internationally. Her expertise in different areas from idea into operational implementation is paired with the high ability to manage creativity, design of processes and products while focusing on sales turn-over and ROI achievement, hence keeping a close look to product development and production issues.
