Born and grew up in Japan, she is intersted in art since childhood. After graduating at Musashino Art University in Tokyo, she moved to Paris and studied jewelry making techniques in Paris. She is the creator of jewerly brand Yukie Deuxpoints in 2008 while in 2018 she created the artistic jewerly project under the name of Yukie Shirakawa. Selected for Itami international Jewellery Exposition 2019 in Japan, Artistar Jewels is her first exhibition under the name of Yukie Shirakawa.
