About the Speakers
Leonardo Maria Seri, Lawyer, Of Counsel BMlex
Lawyer in the field of intellectual property, he deals with consultancy and litigation at national and international level in the fields of trademarks, designs, patents, copyright and unfair competition. He has gained experience collaborating with law firms in Italy and Germany. He is an expert on the subject at the University of Macerata and regularly intervenes in courses, conferences and seminars on industrial law and intellectual property. He is the author of articles and publications on the subject, including the collective work “Fashion Law – Direito da Moda”, ed. Almedina, 2019 and the collective work “NFT. Art and its double “, Montabone Editore, 2021, recently translated into English as well.
Andrea Conso, Lawyer, Co-Founder Annunziata&Conso, Member of Advisory Board of Cryptovalues.
Andrea Conso began practicing as a lawyer in 2005, after having worked as an internal lawyer in leading banking groups for over ten years. In 2014 he is one of the founder partners of Annunziata & Conso. The main areas of specialization concern corporate, commercial, banking, financial and insurance law, as well as the fields of e-money, fintech and blockchain; all matters dealt with in the perspective of financial market regulation and with attention also to the profiles of legal comparison and application of models inherent to cross-border operations. He is a director and auditor of supervised companies mainly belonging to the banking and financial sector.
He regularly participates in conferences and master’s and post-graduate training courses and boasts numerous publications.
Antonio DI Giorgio, Lawyer, Partner Annunziata&Conso
Antonio Di Giorgio has been a lawyer since 2014 and is a trainee statutory auditor. After some experiences in supervised intermediaries and law firms, in 2014 he joined Annunziata & Conso where today he holds the role of partner. The main areas of specialization concern legal and regulatory advice on corporate, banking, insurance and financial market law, with particular reference to the payment services sector, the issuance of electronic money and the fintech field. The subjects are all dealt with with attention to the profiles of legal comparison and application of models inherent to cross-border operations. In the areas of specialization he intervenes in conferences and training courses, he is also the author of articles and publications.
