Laura Volpi, set designer and sculptor, graduated from the Accademia di Brera in Milan. She met and collaborated with Davide De Paoli, who helped her with the potential of sheet metal sculpture, and with Arnaldo Pomodoro, who led her to explore sculptural volumes and light vibrations. Ross Lovegrove is another valuable source of inspiration. A wide range of proposals and lines of creativity, and her ability to focus on pure research, make her an important designer of contemporary Italian jewelry.
